Based on the trends in 1925, the year in which construction of the residential and commercial house began, carried out by Juan Talavera.

Taller de Neumáticos
Inspired by an old tire store, it recalls the feeling of walking in front of this emblematic building next to the orange blossoms with the aperitif and orange wine, the 400 rabbits mezcal will bring us those notes of rubber and smoke characteristic of the workshop. Finally, the beet will finish this walk with earthy notes that will round out the memory.

Europa
A nod to the Erasmus residence that currently houses the upper part of this building. It combines ingredients and singularities of this continent such as Absinthe perfume, Cordial beer and citrus fruits uniting Central Europe and the Mediterranean coast ending with a top of Italian sparkling Prosecco for autonomy.

Bazar
During a good period, the building was converted into a Bazaar. Therefore, for this cocktail it is based on Asian ingredients.
Bourbon macerated in Lemongrass, matcha green tea infusion, Stillabunt and soy salt.
The cocktail is served in a cardboard noodle box.

Juguetería
Based on La Juguetería Osorno. The building became this famous toy store with more than 40 years of history. We seek the Comfort of making you feel at home. Its ingredients will transport you to the era, while you watch out for the disappearance of the duckling.

Mensaque
José Mensaque y Vera (1855-1916) was a Spanish businessman who owned a ceramic and tile factory in the city of Seville. Fan of Brandy, Sevillian rosemary, pear and red wine. The cocktail is finished in its ceramic and is paired with a Seville orange jelly in the Montana version.

A place with a lot of history
The establishment that houses Montana is a historical treasure in the heart of Seville, located on San Pablo Street, right in front of the majestic Magdalena Church. Over the years, this building has witnessed countless significant moments in the life of the city. Since its construction, it has been a meeting point and a place of reference for Sevillians and visitors alike. The architecture and atmosphere of the place reflect the rich history of Seville, and upon entering Montana, you immerse yourself in a unique experience where the past and present intertwine to offer unforgettable moments.
The building housing Montana has a rich and diverse history. Built in 1926 by the architect Juan Talavera, it originally served as a residence and a commercial space for Javier Iñiguez Rodriguez. Throughout its long history, it housed a Dunlop tire shop, was home to the family of ceramic entrepreneur José Mensaque y Vera, transformed into a bazaar, and later into the famous Osorno toy store, with a legacy spanning over 40 years. Today, the upper part of the building has been converted into a residence for Erasmus students, demonstrating how this structure has evolved over the years to adapt to the changing needs of the community.
