The present Terms and Conditions of Sale regulate the purchase of tickets and services offered by:

Operating under the brand Coctelería Montana. Purchase of tickets and/or reservations implies the express acceptance of these Terms.
2Pre-contractual Information
Before confirming, you will see a summary with: date/time, type and quantity of tickets, total price including VAT, and itemised booking fees.
The live flamenco session
- Duration: 1 hour (60 minutes)
- Schedule Every day at 20:00
- Format Live flamenco with dance, singing and guitar, according to the artistic programme
- Capacity 60 people
- Location: Coctelería Montana, C/ San Pablo 17, Sevilla
- Price: 21 € per person, includes a cocktail. Other drinks are not included and must be paid for separately.
- Children Free access for children up to and including 6 years of age
3Purchase Process
Through TuriTop integrated into the website
- Selection Date, type of entry, number of people.
- Review: Full summary. Promotional code if applicable.
- Personal details Name, email, telephone.
- Payment Select method and complete transaction.
- Confirmation On screen and by email.
Payment methods
- Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard) via Virtual POS of the banking entity
payment is processed via the Secure payment gateway from the banking institution, certified to the standard PCI-DSS. We don't store card details: the information is transmitted encrypted directly to the bank.
4Merchant Conditions (Virtual POS)
In compliance with the requirements of the card brands and the acquiring bank, GRUPO MONTANA SEVILLA, Ltd., the proprietor of the Coctelería Montana trade mark, expressly makes the following declaration:
"This merchant undertakes not to allow any transaction which is unlawful, or would by the card brands or acquiring bank be considered so, or could or might damage the card brands' or acquiring bank's goodwill or negatively impact upon them. The following activities are prohibited under the card schemes' programmes: the sale or offering of any product or service that is not in full compliance with all applicable laws of the Buyer, Issuing Bank, Merchant, Cardholder, or Cards. Furthermore, the following activities are also explicitly prohibited:
Sale of alcoholic drinks to persons under 18 years of age"
The trader undertakes to verify the age of the consumer when there is reasonable doubt and not to serve alcoholic beverages to persons who cannot prove they are over 18 years of age, in accordance with the applicable regulations on the protection of minors, public performances, recreational activities and the consumption of alcoholic beverages in Andalusia.

6Right of Withdrawal — Exclusion
Important Notice — Please Read Before Purchasing
In accordance with Article 103.l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the 14-day right of withdrawal Not applicable tickets for leisure activities with a specific date.
This means that:
- Upon confirmation, No refund possible by withdrawal.
- The purchase is unwavering commitment.
- It does apply our Voluntary Cancellation Policy (section 7).
7Cancellation and Refund
7.1. Cancellation by the customer
The specific cancellation policy applicable to your reservation will be displayed to you during the purchase process through TuriTop and will be reflected in the confirmation email. We recommend you review these terms and conditions before finalising the transaction.

Refunds, where applicable, will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase. Estimated timeframe: 7-14 working days from cancellation confirmation.

7.5. Force majeure
In the event of cancellation before commencement due to reasons attributable to the organisation or force majeure, the customer will be offered a change of date or a full refund. If the event is interrupted after commencement due to force majeure, the situation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the duration enjoyed, the cause of interruption, and applicable regulations.
8Conditions of Assistance
8.1. Punctuality
- To arrive with sufficient notice at the time of login
- Once the performance has begun, entry may be refused out of respect for the performers and the audience.
- No refunds for late arrivals
8.2. Minors
- Minors will be able to attend the specific live flamenco performance accompanied by a responsible adult, during the duration of the session
- The children up to and including 6 years old, will be able to access the live flamenco session for free
- In accordance with current regulations, The sale, supply, or consumption of alcoholic beverages by persons under 18 years of age is not permitted.. Staff at the premises may request proof of age if there is reasonable doubt.
- All without prejudice to any limitations that may arise from the licence, declaration of responsibility, municipal authorisation, establishment classification, specific admission conditions or current applicable regulations at any given time.
8.3. Rules during the performance

8.4. Admission and resale
The establishment reserves the right of admission in accordance with current regulations. Ticket resale is prohibited.
9Promotions
Discounts Non-cumulative Unless otherwise indicated. Promotions with specific conditions.
10Claims

- Response timeframe: 10 working days
11Dispute Resolution
- Arbitration Tribunals Voluntary and free procedure.
- ODR (EU) Closed. Please consult Consumer Redress in the EU.
- Consumers Courts of domicile.
- Companies Tribunals of Sevilla.
12Acceptance
Upon confirming the purchase, the person making the purchase declares to have read and accepted these Conditions, to have been informed of the exclusion of the right of withdrawal, and to be over 18 years of age. In the case of assistance from minors, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

I understand that, as this is a leisure activity with a specific date, the right of withdrawal provided for other distance contracts is not applicable, according to Article 103.l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
